U1 Prima Condo, Shah Alam

Hari ini kita mula menerima tempahan bagi Kondo U1 Prima, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam bagi harian/mingguan/bulanan. Hari biasa: RM280 dan hari hujung minggu/cuti RM300. Penginapan jangka pendik boleh dirundingkan sewanya.

Today, we are opening up bookings for U1PRIMA Condo, the newest apartment building in town. Located at Pesiaran Kerjaya, Section 13, Shah Alam. The rates are as follows:
Daily : RM280 (weekdays), RM300 weekends, public holidays, school holidays.
Short stay rates can be negotiated.

Hari ini kita menambah satu unit baru kepada homestay iaitu di Sec 2 Shah Alam. Rumah ini rumah teres setingkat dengan 3 bilik besar dan 1 bilik air. Lokasi di hadapan UITM, Shah Alam. Berhampiran dengan I-City. Kadar sewa RM300/hari. Deposit keselamatan RM100 (dikembalikan). Sila buat tempahan anda.

Today we add another unit to our homestay. This is a single storey terrace in Section 2, Shah Alam. 3 spacious rooms with 1 bathroom. Excellent air ventilation due to classic design and construction. This house is just in front of UITM, Shah Alam main campus and very near to I-City. The rent is RM300 with RM100 security deposit (refundable). Do make your bookings now.
